GE Security had identified an issue with the Simon ® Control Panels with software version 3.6. Simon panels shipped since November 1, 2003 may be inadvertently deleted from panel memory sensors learned into sensor groups 03 and 03 after an upload and/or download session with ToolBox ® Downloader.
