We received a customer report that TX-6010-01-1 wireless smoke alarms were initially testing correctly using aerosol test smoke, but were then sending CleanMe signals to the control panel, warning that they were overly sensitive.
The CleanMe signal is interpreted by our panels in different ways. NetworX panels show a zone trouble, but the event log displays a specific CleanMe trouble. Simon panels announce a sensor tamper signal, while Concord panels post a zone trouble.
